Training of concierge and security personnel is of primary importance to the consistency of the services we offer as a company. Over the years, we have developed a formal training program named Pillar Accreditation and Training System or PATS.

PATS is built on demonstrated ability within a matrix which provides a metric using random auditing to identify deficiencies and competencies within our staff. Any deficiency is followed with corrective action, while compliance is rewarded with recognition and reward applied using Performance Management techniques. The training program focuses on, but is not limited to, the following service areas.

All security personnel are trained by senior management and are licensed in compliance with the provisions of the Private Investigators and Security Guard Act (“PISGA”).
